HTS 7120
100 % SOLIDS URETHANE COATING
DESCRIPTION
 HTS 7120 is a 100% solids two-component elastomeric urethane coating system. This flexible system forms a tough, durable, elastomeric membrane with outstanding abrasion resistance. This monolithic, seamless lining offers superb dependability for a broad range of applications and is supplied in a convenient1:1 mix ratio by volume in both a fast set and a pot mix slower cure system. The versatility and the superior physical characteristics of HTS 7120 allows for optimum performance for many projects.
HTS 7120 can be used for projects over various substrates including: urethane foam, wood, metal, fabric and concrete.
HTS 7120 can be applied by trowel, spray, brush or roller for the pot mix system and by heated plural component equipment for the 7120 “FS” (fast set) version. Both systems 100% solids are designed for high build on vertical surfaces. HTS 7120 can also be used to fill “bug holes" for concrete, as a patch repair for HTS Tec Liner containment systems, or reinforced for use as a seam sealer for metal applications. Pot life for regular 7120 is 35 minutes @ 75 F (24C), pot life for the 7120 “FS” is 10 seconds. Allow six hours prior to allowing heavy traffic on surface for the fast set version. Allow 5 days for full cure of coating system for potable water projects. Consult HTS specification for recommendations on surface preparations. Standard colour is grey
